After 27 years I've now retired from cooking on QVC as the Guest Presenter for Cook's Essentials, QVC's own range of kitchen wares, and Lock & Lock storage products.
I always try to show you how easy things are to use, and to pass on hints and tips to make your life in the kitchen easier and more fun.
I'm a really keen foodie so I try to cook with fresh, local and seasonal ingredients to support British farmers. I think things taste better too when the food is in season, and it's much more satisfying biting into fresh local asparagus or a British summer strawberry after all that anticipation over the winter!
